Dear Love Mercy Friends:

Grace and peace be yours in abundance! Here we are in September 2017 after a very eventful year for Love Mercy. My wife Mieke and I spent 5 weeks in Kenya in May and June. It has been our best trip so far. I preached twenty times on the Kingdom of God and I must say it was anointed. People would follow us from one preaching point to the next and were very encouraged and blessed.

The Love Mercy organization has many churches that have started with 2 or 3 people and have grown to hundreds. Twelve churches have joined under the Love Mercy banner this past year. We clothe, house and feed more than a thousand people a day. Over the last 3 years we have built 45 houses for the poorest of the poor widows and orphans. The book of Job records that he made the widows heart sing. We are experiencing that over and over again. Love Mercy also has drilling teams that have drilled over 300 water wells in the Kitale area.

One of our most successful venture has been the raising up of Shalom Christian School, which has over 550 students. I have had the priviledge of preaching Jesus and His Kingdom to them many times and it is quite a sight to stand before over 550 students and preach to them under the hot African sun. The schools feeding program costs $700 a month which is provided for by our generous donors. There are 17 dedicated christian teachers at the school and many of them teach without pay. The school has a current short fall each month of $500. They are doing a wonderful work, but they are in need of support. As you read this letter there may be some of you who could help us raise $500 a month for this worthy cause. Thank you for even considering this pressing current need.

Over the past 6 months our building team have been building many churches and houses . The work through Love Mercy is expanding rapidly. What a priviledge it is to provide bountifully for the poor! This is fulfiling the Gospel of the Kingdom mandate found in Isaiah 58 to clothe, house, feed and evangelise the poor. Our team returns to Kenya in October for another 5 weeks. Glory be to God and thank you for your ongoing generous support through the minisrty of Love Mercy.

With great gratitude,

Noel Alexander
